Service Engineer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform site inspection, installation, debugging, testing and delivery new device(CT/MRI/X-Ray ) in customer site;

• Complete assigned preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure device in the best performance;

• Provide technical support to customers and distributors, and maintain high customer satisfaction;

• Provide basic application training to customers;

• Perform spare parts management and routine service arrangement;

• Assist sales manager in service sales issue;

• Communicate and report to service management head office in China.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Automation or above. Lower degree with more related working experience would be considered as well;

• At least 2-year working experience in CT/MRI installation and maintenance, experienced in Nuclear machine experience preferred ;

• Good in English speaking and writing;

• Capable of work to strict deadlines, sometimes under pressure;

• Accept business travel;

• Target driven and good team player;

• Good communication skills.

Experienced in Service Sales working preferred.
