Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer specializing in laser welding, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering field service to ensure optimal functioning of laser welding equipment. You will work closely with clients to address technical issues, provide solutions promptly, and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and effectively diagnosing technical issues
- Proficiency in Field Service and on-site equipment handling
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Proven Technical Support capabilities to ensure efficient problem resolution
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair for industrial laser equipment
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment with occasional travel as required
- Relevant technical education or certifications in engineering, laser technology, or related fields are advantageous
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
