Job Description

The Service Engineer role provides on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for industrial equipment. The position offers an opportunity to apply practical engineering expertise, resolve technical issues, and contribute to field service projects while coordinating with the technical team in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for customers
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Resolve technical issues and support customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the technical team in Japan
  • Support field service projects and perform other assigned tasks

Requirements


  • At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance, electrical, or mechanical engineer
  • Experience in the semiconductor, printed circuit board (PCB), or packaging substrate industry will be an advantage
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with large equipment
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, maintain a customer-focused approach, and respond to emergencies
  • Japanese language skills will be an advantage
