Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair environmental testing equipment (ESPEC systems) at customer sites
- Provide technical after-sales support and troubleshooting
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection services
- Support equipment setup and commissioning
- Collaborate with internal teams and overseas engineers (Japanese and foreign staff)
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation
Requirements
Must-have:
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English (working with Japanese and multinational staff)
- Experience in electrical work or refrigeration-related systems
- Ability to read and understand:
Electrical circuit diagrams
Refrigeration circuit diagrams
Preferred:
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Field service or customer-facing technical experience
Tet bonus: 1-month salary
Additional performance bonus (typically total :2–3 months/year)
