Role Description

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring high-quality technical support, installation, and maintenance of mainly focus on CT and MRI equipment. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring equipment reliability and performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with service contract obligations.

Qualifications

• Install, calibrate, and maintain CT/MRI equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM), system updates, and hardware upgrades.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and execute onsite or workshop repairs promptly.

• Provide technical training to medical staff, technicians, and BME teams on equipment safety and operation.

• Complete detailed Service Reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and equipment performance.

• Liaise with internal Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to support business goals.

• Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve complex issues and claim necessary spare parts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service escalation procedures.

• Manage equipment within your area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision.

• Proactively improve technical competency through self-learning and On-the-Job Training (OJT).

• Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Handle and escalate customer complaints or feedback to the relevant departments for action.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.

• More than 3 years of experience in the medical equipment field, specifically with CT and MRI systems.

• Strong commitment to teamwork, openness to new ideas, and high self-motivation.

• Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership to drive business and find creative customer solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide team support.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
