GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION/ MỤC ĐÍCH CHUNG CỦA VỊ TRÍ:
This is a technical/administrative position responsible for the Site Infrastructure Support. Primarily focused on PC technical support through Service Desk methods and assisting with basic network and department tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NHIỆM VỤ:
Under the general supervision is responsible for the following tasks - locally, as well as remotely:
- Provides PC/Laptop/Printer support, and occasional basic Network connectivity technical support and repair as needed.
- Understanding and use of a ticket system (ServiceNow)
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate directly with end -users
- Configure new PCs for deployment
- Service desk skills using a ticketing system
- Provides software and account technical support and repair as needed.
- Assists in corporate hardware and software inventory
- Assists in the recordkeeping of software licenses and an accurate media inventory
- Network cable installation and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of three year experience at a medium/large corporation with a working knowledge of Windows 10, Activie Directory, PC imaging/troubleshooting, Service Desk ticketing system, and basic networking
Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
Work independently to achieve results.
Comply with SPI policies and procedures. Promote and comply with environmental policies Comply with the Policies for Health and Safety at Work and any other applicable instructions.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENT
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Possess the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices as demonstrated by :
- A minimum score of 20 on the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test.
- Complete Profile on line testing.
- Agreement to complete all post-hire required training.
