As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations—driving project success, orchestrating talent, and enabling growth across multiple engineering programs. You will act as a bridge between clients, engineers, and business stakeholders, ensuring that the right expertise is deployed at the right time, while maintaining excellence in delivery, utilization, and team engagement.
Your missions
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of engineering and embedded systems projects (C++, firmware, electronics, system integration)
- Ensure performance across quality, cost, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Oversee project ramp-ups, onboarding, and delivery readiness
- Anticipate risks, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across projects
- Optimize utilization, skill matching, and workforce efficiency
- Partner with recruitment to anticipate hiring needs and secure the right talent pipeline
- Drive staffing decisions and internal mobility, aligning business priorities with individual development
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on delivery and team-related topics
- Lead governance forums (steering committees, reviews, performance tracking)
- Identify opportunities to expand scope, optimize delivery models, and grow accounts
- Ensure proactive management of expectations, risks, and escalations
- Manage and mentor a pool of engineers and consultants
- Drive performance management, career development, and engagement
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as a key connector between engineering, recruitment, and business teams
- Maintain strong understanding of embedded systems, C++, and engineering environments
- Translate client needs into clear delivery and staffing strategies
- Support team structuring, technical evaluations, and project setup
- Ensure alignment between project complexity and team capability
ABOUT YOU
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in service delivery, project management, or engineering management
- Track record in engineering/industrial/embedded systems projects (non-IT/ERP)
- Experience in consulting or engineering services environments
- Experience in resource management, staffing, or capacity planning
- Knowledge of C++, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration
- Understanding of engineering project lifecycles and delivery models
- Good English communication
- You demonstrate strong ownership mindset with ability to manage both delivery and people topics
- You demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- You demonstrate a good understanding of utilization, margins, and operational performance
