ABOUT THE JOB
- Oversee project P&L and project costs.
- Manage service delivery for assigned projects, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor consultant attendance, ticket registration, follow-up, and escalation handling.
- Implement and maintain knowledge management practices.
- Track project KPIs including volume, SLA, and other key metrics; initiate action plans to maintain committed KPI levels.
- Conduct project reviews and ensure follow-up action plans are executed.
- Manage internal onsite support resources, including attrition monitoring and participation in the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with vendors to fulfill project resource requirements; monitor subcontractor performance and drive improvement.
- Lead team members through performance reviews, coaching, skill matrix development, and career development planning.
- Anticipate attrition risks and implement preventive action plans.
- Stay updated on IT service market trends and share best practices.
- Propose service improvements and evolution based on emerging technologies.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the IT service industry.
- 3+ years of experience in leading a team of at least 5 headcounts.
- Experience in multicultural, client-facing roles, including operational review and escalation/complaint management.
- Analytical skills and experience in process, workforce, and budget management.
- Overseas team management experience is a plus.
- PMP and ITIL certifications are preferred.
- Fluent English communication.
- You demonstrate a proactive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
