1. JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive with 12 years of experience to support our marketing team. This role combines digital marketing (60%) and administrative support (40%). You will assist in executing online campaigns, managing social media, tracking performance metrics, and handling day-to-day marketing operations and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Digital Performance (60%)
a. Paid Media & Campaign Optimization
- Campaign planning & execution: design and implement paid media campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), aligning with the company's marketing objectives to enhance reach and drive conversions.
- Experiment with new tactics: Implement new approaches or emerging trends in channel management to stay ahead of the competition and enhance engagement.
- Content Development
b. Staying Update with Digital Trends
- Monitor industry trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and channel management (e.g., algorithm updates, new tools, emerging platforms) to maintain competitive edge.
c. Analytics & Reporting
- Data collection & analysis: track and analyze key digital marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversions. Utilize insights to refine strategies and inform future campaigns.
- Reporting: prepare regular performance reports for the Head of Marketing & Communications, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- KPI monitoring: monitor campaign KPIs closely to ensure alignment with marketing goals and adjust tactics as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
d. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal coordination: work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, as well as other marketing and sales teams, to ensure digital strategies are effectively integrated into overall marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder communication: maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of digital marketing efforts and campaign outcomes.
2.2. Other Tasks (40%)
Admin tasks and others as required
- Support admin tasks related to procurement process, contracting and others as required.
- Willing to help team members when needed and provide support to the Team Head with additional tasks as required.
3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Education & Experience
- A diploma or degree from a recognized University
- 1-2 years of of related work experience in Digital and Social Communication Marketing
3.2. Job-specific Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to interpret and act on data from analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to optimize digital campaigns.
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand engagement.
- Project management skills; Organized & efficient planner; Team player & collaborative: works well with others, influencing and detailed oriented
- Adaptable & resilient: flexible in a fast-paced environment, able to handle ambiguity.
- Result-oriented: focused on achieving goals and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
