Objective:
To establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent service and following the Porsche service processes
Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Ensuring vehicle reception & handover according to Porsche standards (Porsche 7 step process)
Ensuring an efficient and fast service process
Scheduling repair appointments considering workshop capacities, and ensuring minimal waiting times for customers
Coordinating vehicle repair requests with workshop and parts department
Coordinating work with car care team and assign work to car care team
Coordinating work with body and paint shop
Proactive part, accessories and labor sales
Creating quotations, job cards and invoices
Quality control of serviced vehicles
Administration of customer, vehicle and job data in DMS and Porsche IT systems
Customer relationship management activities (e.g.: complaint management/ warranty & service follow-up/ etc.)
Supporting After Sales marketing activities (e.g. Service Clinic, Car Cosmetic Campaigns, T-equipment Campaigns etc.)
Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area at all times
Ensuring adherence to dealership processes and policies
Participating in overseas and in-house training courses
Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.
Other ad hoc assignments and projects
Requirements:
Good knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies
2 years of practical working experience as technician
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Intermediate level English skills (written and spoken)
Very good communication skills
Quality and customer focused approach
Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
