On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Server Developer (C Language) to support the development and maintenance of their core trading server systems. Our client is a technology-driven financial services organization specializing in securities trading platforms across multiple Asian markets.
Joining the team as a Server Developer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance backend systems that power real-time trading operations. You will work closely with overseas teams to ensure system stability, speed, and accuracy in mission-critical financial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side modules for securities trading systems using C language
Design and optimize high-performance components handling real-time market data and trading transactions
Work with system-level technologies such as IPC and Shared Memory to ensure efficient inter-process communication
Participate in requirement analysis, system design, testing, and deployment following Agile methodologies
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain performance and stability
Collaborate with cross-functional and overseas teams to deliver scalable trading solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
23+ years of hands-on experience in C programming (CISAM, IPC (Inter-Process Communication), and Shared Memory)
Proficiency in version control tools such as Git and SVN
Experience using issue tracking systems like Redmine Nice to Have
At least 1 year of experience working on securities server-side solutions
Familiarity with development tools such as vim
Experience collaborating with overseas or international teams
Familiarity with Korean stock market or securities trading systems is an advantage
Good English communication skills
