We are currently seeking an SEO & Web Analytics Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing website performance, implementing SEO strategies, and analyzing web data to enhance online visibility, improve measurement accuracy, and support marketing and brand communication initiatives in a professional and international working environment.
1. Job Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize technical SEO for websites (including crawlability, indexation, and overall site health).
- Optimize on-page SEO and provide content direction based on search data insights.
- Manage and maintain measurement systems including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel tracking.
- Analyze website data, user behavior, and organic traffic performance.
- Build reports and dashboards while providing insights to support marketing activities.
- Collaborate with IT/Development teams to implement and validate technical improvements.
- Work closely with Marketing and Paid Media teams to ensure consistent tracking and aligned search strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, with a solid foundation in technical SEO.
- Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and pixel tracking.
- Strong analytical ability with the capability to convert insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience working with IT/Development teams in Tourism industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with or collaboration experience with Paid Media teams is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, logical, proactive, and well-organized.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Candidates are required to submit their CV in English.
