On behalf of our client, we are hiring an SEO Specialist to support their digital marketing and internal web teams. Our client is a leading organization in the automotive aftermarket industry, managing a robust portfolio of multi-brand websites across international markets.
Joining the team as an SEO Specialist, you will spearhead the organic search strategy to drive traffic and commercial growth across the company's internal websites. You will ensure the technical health of the web platforms, guide content optimization, and pioneer innovative approaches to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure the brand remains highly visible in both traditional and AI-driven search landscapes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data-driven SEO strategies and keyword research frameworks aligned with category priorities, search intent, and commercial goals.
Conduct routine technical audits (crawlability, indexation, redirects, schema) and collaborate with developers to monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and overall site architecture.
Guide content teams in optimizing key pages (metadata, structure, internal linking) and provide clear SEO briefs. Review performance to refresh outdated or underperforming content through pillar/cluster planning.
Track and evaluate brand visibility across AI-generated search responses. Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives, ensuring content is structured with clear trust signals (E-E-A-T) to support AI extraction, citation, and machine readability.
Build and maintain dashboards to track organic performance, keyword rankings, and AI search visibility. Deliver comprehensive monthly reports with data-backed recommendations.
Partner closely with marketing, product, development, and paid media teams to ensure SEO aligns with broader commercial strategies and campaign directions.
From 3+ years experience in SEO
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist driving tangible growth in organic search performance.
Strong technical SEO capabilities, including site auditing, crawl/index analysis, structured data (schema), and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Proficiency in industry-standard SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, and GA4 (certification preferred).
Deep understanding of modern search behaviors, on-page optimization, and the emerging landscape of AI-generated search (GEO).
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SEO concepts into actionable briefs for technical, content, and marketing stakeholders.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to execute tasks with consistency and precision.
Nice to have: Experience managing SEO across multiple international regions (e.g., US, UK, Australia), working with multi-brand websites, knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, and familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com
