Golden Owl Digital (GODI) – a member of Golden Owl Corporation – is seeking a passionate SEO Specialist to join our journey of becoming one of Southeast Asia's top SEO & Ads agencies.

You will take ownership of developing and executing SEO strategies to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions for a global portfolio of clients in Singapore, Australia, and Europe. Your Responsibilities

1. Link Building & Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute high-quality backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Build partnerships with bloggers, media outlets, and influencers for guest posting and collaborations.
• Monitor and evaluate backlink quality with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console.

2. Online Reputation & Brand Awareness

• Track and respond to brand mentions across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams to amplify both Golden Owl Corporation's and clients global recognition.

3. On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

• Conduct keyword research (including long-tail & LSI keywords) to guide content direction.
• Work closely with Content Marketing to create and optimize articles, landing pages, and product copy.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure content meets both technical and user-intent standards.

4. Local SEO & Business Listings

• Optimize Google Business Profile and other local directories.
• Support campaigns to drive leads from localized searches.

5. Team Management & Leadership

• Supervise, review, and provide mentorship to junior SEO executives/interns.
• Support training sessions and ensure high performance from all team members.

Requirement

Must have

• 2–3+ years of proven SEO experience (both on-page & off-page).
• Hands-on expertise in link building, reputation management, and local SEO.
• Solid understanding of SEO tools: Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting SEO performance via GA4/Looker Studio/Power BI.
• Strong communication and outreach skills, able to build long-term partnerships.
• High sense of teamwork and collaboration – able to work closely with Content, Marketing, and Account teams to achieve shared goals.
• Client-focused mindset: Dedicated to understanding client goals and delivering measurable results.

• Established backlink network and industry connections.
• English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SEM/PPC is a plus for integrated campaigns.
• Capability to mentor junior team members, take initiative in leading small client projects, and gradually develop into a team lead role.
