Analyze end-to-end workforce acquisition and retention performance to identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis across channel
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel performance and key workforce KPIs, enabling timely performance tracking and decision-making
Design analytical frameworks to evaluate workforce acquisition initiatives and programs.
Generate actionable insights by analyzing workforce data, market trends, competitor activities, initiative program and labor segments
Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision making & implement project follow direction

Requirements

4–7 years in Strategy, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Growth or Operations Strategy
Strong statistical thinking
Dashboard development
KPI framework design
Structured problem solving
Critical thinking
Storytelling with data
Strong project management methodology
