Role Description:
- Website/ app catalog & inventory management: listings, PDPs, homepage, collections and inventory sync across both brands website.
- Website/App order management, fulfillment & returns; vendor / logistics / 3PL coordination.
- Website/app promotion & discount setup and QA; customer service via call & chat to confirm and fulfill orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce operations, order management or a similar operations / customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify strongly preferred (catalog, orders, apps, discounts).
- Strong organization and attention to detail; accurate under high order volume.
- Reliable and proactive; able to manage many orders across two brands (BEAUTY BOX & THE FACE SHOP).
- Experience with 3PL / logistics coordination and returns workflows.
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards.
