Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, issuing, picking, packing, documentation)
  • Ensure ERP transactions align with physical stock movements
  • Control inventory accuracy, cycle count & stock discrepancies
  • Lead warehouse team performance, training, and workforce planning
  • Enforce HSE, 5S, and compliance standards
  • Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics & 3PL partners

Requirements
  • 7+ years in warehouse operations within manufacturing
  • Minimum 5 years in supervisory role
  • Strong ERP knowledge (Microsoft D365 preferred)
  • Solid inventory control & warehouse process expertise
  • Strong leadership, structured mindset & problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese
