Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and hospitality-focused Senior Pickleball Venue Manager. You will be the operational leader of our flagship venue, ensuring flawless day-to-day execution. Your primary goal is to create a premium, seamless, and welcoming environment for every guest, directly supporting our marketing goal of building strong brand loyalty and trust. You are the face of the venue and a key guardian of our brand's reputation on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations of the pickleball venue, including facility maintenance, court scheduling, front desk management, inventory (equipment, retail, F&B), and health & safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of frontline staff (receptionists, court coordinators, etc.). Instill a culture of exceptional customer service and brand representation.
  • Premium Guest Experience: Ensure every visitor, from first-time beginners to VIP clients, receives a five-star experience. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Support: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and cater to high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating deeper relationship-building opportunities.
  • Financial & Administrative Management: Manage the venue's operational budget, control costs, and handle administrative duties such as reporting, payroll, and vendor management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing a sports facility, fitness club, hospitality venue (hotel, resort), or a high-volume retail operation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing staff.
  • Exceptional customer service ethos and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financially literate with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.
  • Operational mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to oversee key operations.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and Chinese.
