(Senior) UX/UI Designer

Job description

• Work closely with Product Owners or Product Managers, and the technical development team to design product features from ideas to launch
• Develop information architecture, user flow, hi-fi wireframes, and visual interfaces
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
• Test the feasibility of the design by prototypes
• Make sense of the different problems faced by many groups of users with innovative solutions
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for end-user interfaces
• Define the design style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with Vinamilk brand
• Conduct end-user interface testing to ensure your final works follow the perfect-pixel principle
• Contribute to and maintain design systems. Develop perfect-pixel specs and design documentation, based on product requirements

Requirements:

Must have:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, or related prototyping software
• Well-understand common user interface engagement behaviors according to devices
• Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design
• Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
• Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members

• Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
