Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who combines creativity with strong problem-solving skills to craft intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. You'll be responsible for driving the entire design process — from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery — across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and define user needs.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI aligned with the product's design system.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Continuously refine user experience based on analytics and user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the company's Design System.
- Mentor and support junior designers within the design team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and impactful user experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with design systems, responsive design, or SaaS products is a plus.
