Overview
The UX Writer plays an essential role in creating exceptional customer experiences through UX writing and content design. The incumbent will produce engaging and on-tone copy and content design by strategically thinking through customer journeys and working with designers, researchers, product managers, data and other stakeholders to deliver compelling content solutions.
Responsibilities
- Produce clear, compelling, and engaging copy that aligns with key UX principles keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Create end-to-end content, style and tone across our website and digital platforms.
- Interrogate current processes, customer experiences and using data and user testing insights to find a better way.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, CX Designers, UX Researchers, data analysts and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for content development.
- Clearly communicate complex information with language that is simple, authentic, friendly, and human.
- Use data, research, and insights from the team to drive content initiatives.
- Manage multiple demands and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
Qualifications
- You are experienced in UX copywriting on both web and mobile apps.
- You are experienced in writing or editing content for the web and mobile experiences as a UX writer.
- You are passionate about developing strategies based on insights from real people and have experience working with user research and analyzing customer feedback.
- You proactively identify challenges as well as develop and deliver solutions of value.
- You can provide an online portfolio, or PDF to share to help us learn about how you think and practice your craft.
- You have the ability to work in an agile environment and are very comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
- Open to relocating to Danang
