About this Role
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition with a strong global growth mindset to help scale Promer AI internationally. This role is not just about running ads — we want someone who enjoys experimenting fast, understanding user behavior, scaling acquisition systems, and helping AI products reach global users.
You will own growth initiatives across paid acquisition, activation optimization, growth experimentation, and product-led growth, working closely with the Product and Growth teams to improve user adoption and business impact.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute global user acquisition strategies across channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate, creator/community, and other scalable acquisition channels
- Analyze the full acquisition funnel from traffic to activation and identify bottlenecks impacting user growth and retention
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams to improve onboarding experience, activation flow, and product adoption.
- Continuously run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, messaging, and funnel performance.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, Retention, LTV, and Activation Rate.
- Research growth opportunities, competitor strategies, and international market trends to scale global users effectively.
What Sets You Apart
- 3–5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Product Growth.
- Passionate about AI products and emerging technologies, with a strong interest in building and scaling AI-native products globally.
- Candidates with experience in SaaS, Gaming, Mobile Apps, Product-led Growth, or AI-related platforms are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnel, user behavior, and growth metrics.
- Proven experience scaling international users instead of only running local lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, analytics/tracking tools, and growth experimentation frameworks is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and a strong execution mindset.
