We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who doesn't just create beautiful interfaces but also excels at simplifying complex financial workflows into elegant user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Develop clickable demos for client presentations and internal validation
- Translate business and functional requirements into user-centered designs
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure feasible implementation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Proven experience creating interactive demos and presentation-ready prototypes
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design
- Experience designing for web applications (B2B experience is a plus)
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
