Senior Treasury Specialist

Working time: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-orientedSenior Treasury Specialistto oversee crypto and fiat treasury operations across multiple global entities. You will manage daily liquidity, execute cross-border transactions, optimize risk and treasury strategies, and support critical financial functions in a fast-moving, tech-savvy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manageday-to-day cash flowoperations across fiat and crypto holdings, aligned with corporate and tax structure guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end payment processes across entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations, including multi-currency payments.
• Maintain accurate and timely treasury reporting, includingweekly balance and movement of transaction updatesand postaccounting ERP entries
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain and nurture banking relationships; assist with opening and onboarding of bank accounts and custodial services as needed.
• Collaborate with on-ramp/off-ramp vendors and payment gateway providers to support seamless fiat-crypto settlements and payments.
• Support to conductdue diligenceon fund movements, investments, and strategic initiatives in coordination with the Finance team.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams oncash flow optimization, treasury workflows, and ad hoc requests.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on treasury experience including fiat and crypto.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication
• Knowledge ofblockchain-based finance, crypto assets, andmulti-signature wallet toolsis a plus (e.g., Safe).
• Demonstrated ability to execute transactions across bothfiat and cryptoplatforms.
• Bachelor's degree inFinance,Accounting,Banking, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in afast-paced, globally distributedteam
