About the Role
Vietbank is looking for an experienced Senior Treasury Dealer (Money Market) to join our Financial Markets Division. In this role, you will manage interbank funding activities, optimize liquidity, execute money market transactions, and support the Bank's treasury operations while ensuring effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor interbank market conditions, interest rate movements, and liquidity trends to support funding and trading strategies.
- Execute interbank transactions, including deposits, borrowings, lending, and repo/reverse repo transactions with financial institutions and the State Bank of Vietnam.
- Trade State Bank bills and other short-term money market instruments.
- Partner with Finance to manage daily liquidity and ensure compliance with regulatory liquidity ratios.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to money market and treasury activities.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support treasury operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Money Market, Interbank Trading, Liquidity Management, or Capital Markets within the banking industry.
- CFA, FRM, ACI Dealing Certificate, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of money market products, liquidity management, treasury operations, and banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
