About the role
Vietbank is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Dealer (Fixed Income) to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will drive fixed income trading activities, analyze market trends, develop investment strategies, and contribute to the Bank's treasury and capital market business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze market trends to develop trading strategies for Government Bonds, Government-guaranteed Bonds, Municipal Bonds, and other fixed income securities issued by financial institutions.
- Execute fixed income trading transactions in primary and secondary markets, including related derivative products.
- Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports to support investment and trading decisions.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with treasury and proprietary trading activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Fixed Income Trading, Capital Markets, or a related banking function.
- CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income products, capital markets, financial regulations, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional, ethical, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
