ABOUT THE ROLE
We are expanding our corporate sales force and hiring 8 Sales Team Leaders. At Lửa Việt Tours, we don't sell tours — we design strategic travel solutions for corporate clients.
We actively welcome experienced professionals from Banking, Securities, Financial Advisory, Insurance, and high-value B2B service sales. If you excel in client advisory, negotiation, and closing corporate deals — and are looking for a dynamic industry with strong performance-based income — this role is built for you.

Responsibilities
- Consultancy & Sales: Advise corporate clients on domestic and international travel programs, driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Itinerary Design & Leadership: Lead the team in developing customized programs and professional quotations tailored to client needs, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations and finalize bookings aligned with commercial objectives.
- Account Management: Build and grow long-term corporate partnerships while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Team Building: Recruit and develop sales team members to expand your team's capacity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Sales / Advisory / Relationship Management.
- Strong negotiation skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
- Experience working with corporate clients is a plus
- Travel industry experience is NOT required - comprehensive training provided.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
