1. Job Purpose
A key role responsible for evaluating transportation quality, designing solutions, managing quotations, and implementing new projects while optimizing operational processes based on customer requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Quotation: Obtain data, negotiate with vendors, design operational processes, and prepare BD presentation materials.
- LTL Network Development: Develop and digitalize a nationwide LTL (Less-than-Truckload) network.
- TMS Management: Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Project Implementation: Draft SOPs, monitor operations, and optimize processes for new projects.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze cost data and propose efficiency solutions to the Senior Transport Manager.
- Process Evolution: Review and optimize internal processes annually in collaboration with Operation and Performance teams.
- Strategy Alignment: Drive Innovation and Green Transport initiatives in line with FM Logistic Strategy.

5. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in the transport industry (Solution Design, Data Analysis, and Quotation).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in TMS design/deployment and Advanced Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Languages: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
