Job Description
=> Position Objective
Deliver training programs and transfer knowledge and skills to employees, ensuring learners understand, can perform, and can apply what they learn, while contributing to content standardization and the development of internal trainers.
=> Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs directly, including onboarding, operational knowledge, and soft skills.
- Participate in developing and updating training materials, slides, and assessments.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and training quality.
- Coordinate the uploading of content to E-learning / Workday systems.
- Support the training, coaching, and mentoring of internal trainers, Store Managers, and Coaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; majors in Training, Management, or Human Resources are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, operations, or management.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to travel when required.
