About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist (Service Retail) to join our Retail Marketing team at our headquarters in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. You will own the planning, execution, and performance tracking of retail marketing programs that drive revenue, attract new customers, and maximize brand impact across our store network.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute retail marketing programs in partnership with brand teams to accelerate revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with business units, regional branches, and internal departments to ensure seamless program rollout aligned with company processes.
- Monitor daily campaign progress, flag issues early, and propose timely solutions.
- Design creative in-store activation initiatives that elevate the shopping experience and strengthen brand visibility.
- Conduct market and competitor research — analyzing target segments, pricing, product mix, and competitive landscape — to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze post-campaign results, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize program effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the assigned marketing budget with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or a similar role — retail, FMCG, or consumer goods background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, business reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- English proficiency is a plus.
