JOB PURPOSE:
Be the key connect across MT & Ecommerce channel, own trade promotion & channel strategy. This is a pivotal role in driving the performance one of the most invested channels E-commercewhile accelerating growth within Modern Trade. You are primarily responsible for implementing and reviewing Trade Strategies and plans to drive category winning at POP based on shopper insights.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement trade programs to optimize reach and coverage within the channel.
- Lead execution of monthly trade promotion plans for Nationwide, based on agreed process, volume and trade investment targets, trade guidelines, trade promotion strategy, and brand operating plans.
- Plan and execute new launch (concept sales, planning, deployment, and execution)
- Evaluate plans that provide actionable tactics for improvement.
- Review the trade plans to align with the Brand/Category strategy. Manage to and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with Marketing and Sales.
- Analyze sales performance, and evaluate the efficiencies of channel activities to react with market changes/ needs or competitor's threats.
- Manage, control, and allocate trade budgets to ensure effective investment and optimal return across channels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- At least 10 years of trade marketing working experience for MT channels in FMCG; hands-on experience in Ecommerce is a plus
- Own analytical thinking, planning skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Own positive thinking, open-mindedness, strong stakeholder management and resilience.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
