Job Description

Summary

  • Support the implementation and operation of the company's compensation and incentive programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and effective workforce cost management.
  • The role provides data analysis and advisory support to HRBPs and business leaders on compensation-related matters.

Main Responsibilities

1.Total Rewards Management

-Support the maintenance of the company's salary structure and salary ranges.

-Conduct job evaluation and salary benchmarking using market survey data.

-Provide analysis and recommendations on compensation policies and salary-related decisions.

-Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.

-Ensure compensation decisions comply with company policies and internal governance.

-Analyze compensation data and identify trends related to pay competitiveness and workforce cost.

-Support annual salary review cycles and compensation planning.

2.Incentive Program Administration

-Support the implementation and administration of incentive and bonus programs.

-Ensure incentive calculations are accurate and aligned with company policies.

-Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and provide insights for improvement.

3.Process and System Improvement

-Support improvements in compensation processes and reward administration.

Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and compensation databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. Experience with salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analysis.
  • Good English reading comprehension and communication skills for work purposes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, HRIS and HR analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Good stakeholder communication skills.
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential data.
  • Ability to work with complex data and multiple stakeholders.
  • Systems thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
