Senior Tester

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior QC/Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be

responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting. This role also involves mentoring junior QC staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve material issues with suppliers, verify corrective actions, and ensure compliance

with quality standards.

• Independently review and analyze business and technical requirements.

• Design and create test-related artifacts, including test cases, test procedures, test scripts, defect logs,

and test reports.

• Review and validate test documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Manage and perform test executions according to the test plan, providing clear status updates and

comprehensive test reports.

• Develop, implement, and oversee QC staff training programs to strengthen team capabilities.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), offering

technical support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record in test planning, execution, and reporting.

• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Testing Strategies, Testing Phases, and

Test Management practices.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Blackbox testing.

• Proven experience in Database testing with proficiency in SQL programming.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail, with excellent skills in defect identification and documentation.

• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to read and write effectively in English.
