Support all production lines to maintain target yield and continually improve efficiency and throughput.
Drive failure analysis and implement corrections to ensure on-time shipment.
Focus on test time optimization and line balancing to meet capacity increase goals.
Audit test process compliance, including documentation, operator training, equipment/setup calibration, and maintenance.
NPI (New Product Introduction):
Ensure test process readiness for all NPI phases, covering schedule, test equipment, test firmware and software, setup, documentation, validation, data analysis, and bottleneck analysis.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
Support test correlation between RMA test and Production test.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of direct experience working in a factory environment, particularly in high-volume consumer electronics such as wireless, camera, audio, video, and sensor devices.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Understanding of schematics and block diagrams.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quick learner with a proactive approach.
Fluency in English for both speaking and written communication is essential. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
Willingness to travel to other suppliers occasionally.
