We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can hire top engineers across multiple regions, run fast and predictable hiring processes, and own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.
What you will do:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in technical hiring for outsourced/outstaffed teams.
- Proven track record of closing senior engineers
- Deep market knowledge of tech talent in APAC (Vietnam) and EMEA including salary norms, competitive landscape, and local sourcing channels.
- Expert sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, social sourcing) and fluency with recruiting tools.
- Fluent English (C1+ level) capable of conducting technical interviews and preparing candidates for client interviews.
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under SLAs with an ownership mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience hiring for based startups.
- Experience hiring for recruitment agencies
- Existing network of pre-vetted engineers in target regions.
- Understanding of employment/contractor laws in key markets.
