Role Description

The Tax Consulting Senior will be responsible for delivering tax advisory services to clients, with the following key responsibilities:

• Provide tax advisory and develop optimized tax solutions for businesses.

• Perform in-depth tax consulting, including tax risk reviews, transaction restructuring, tax audit support, and international tax advisory.

• Prepare tax advisory reports and documentation for submission to tax authorities.

• Support training and guide junior team members in service delivery to clients.

• Collaborate with managers to ensure high-quality service standards for clients.

• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tax consulting services (experience at Big 4 firms is a strong advantage).
• Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese tax policies and regulations. •Strong communication skills with fluent expression of tax-related technical matters.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently andin a team, and resilience under tight deadlines.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow in a professional consulting environment.
