We are currently looking for Senior Tax Consultant (Based at Client's Site). The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:
Job description:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including but not limited to VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assess impacts, and provide timely updates and guidance to internal teams and clients.
- Handle tax filings, tax declarations, and related supporting documentation in a timely manner.
- Review accounting records to ensure tax compliance and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Support clients/internal stakeholders on tax-related matters and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in accounting firms or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) and practical application.
- Experience working with tax authorities and handling tax audits is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting/tax software is a plus.
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
