Key Responsibilities
Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational structure, role clarity, and workforce effectiveness.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of competency models and talent frameworks to support business growth.
Performance & Talent Development
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
- Provide insights from people data to support talent and organizational decisions.
- Contribute to succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Learning & Capability Building
- Identify capability gaps and design learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee learning programs and leverage digital learning solutions to enhance employee development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across teams.
Team & Operational Management
- Manage L&D operations and ensure effective delivery of development initiatives.
- Lead and coach team members to drive high performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an L&OD managerial role, preferably within large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Proven hands-on experience in building competency frameworks, performance management systems, career frameworks, and succession planning.
- Strong expertise in learning methodologies, program design, and Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
- Growth mindset with the ability to continuously learn, adapt, and drive change.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
