Key Responsibilities

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational structure, role clarity, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of competency models and talent frameworks to support business growth.

Performance & Talent Development

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
  • Provide insights from people data to support talent and organizational decisions.
  • Contribute to succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

Learning & Capability Building

  • Identify capability gaps and design learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversee learning programs and leverage digital learning solutions to enhance employee development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across teams.

Team & Operational Management

  • Manage L&D operations and ensure effective delivery of development initiatives.
  • Lead and coach team members to drive high performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an L&OD managerial role, preferably within large organizations (1,000+ employees).
  • Proven hands-on experience in building competency frameworks, performance management systems, career frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Strong expertise in learning methodologies, program design, and Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to continuously learn, adapt, and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
