Responsible for:
Talent Development
- Manage all administrative matters relating to learning and talent development of workforce including ownership of local deployment of Groupe Learning Management System, Marcel Classes.
- Support in learning and talent development solutions identification, programme design, branding and communications, and management of the Groupe's performance management system, Career Conversations
- Liaise with HR Director / HR Business Partners for learning programme materials development.
- Manage and analyse learning and talent development data / key performance indicators (KPI), including tracking and reporting of learning hours, expenses, feedback, participation rates, etc.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal campaigns across the region and local markets.
- Coordinate employee events, wellness initiatives, recognition programmes, and internal communication activities to enhance employee experience and strengthen organisational culture.
- Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather employee feedback and support engagement action plans.
- Assist in analysing engagement survey results and employee participation metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Support employer branding and internal communication efforts related to people and culture initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR experience and qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields may be considered for the Senior Specialist level.
- Experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or HR programmes is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of presentation and design tools e.g. PowerPoint, Canva.
- Proven ability in managing and analysing data using MS Excel.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
