Role Description

*** Execution Support for Succession Planning:

Guides, directs, and manages the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for selected talent, ensuring these plans support company goals. Monitors and manages the advancement of these talent development plans.

Performs assessments to identify specific training requirements for selected employee populations, establishing a hierarchy of educational priorities to address those needs.

Conducts assessments following the implementation of Individual Development Plans to pinpoint any remaining skills deficiencies that will aid in the ongoing professional development of selected employees.

Provides active support in managing Career Pathing for High-Potential Talent, ensuring a strategic approach to their growth and advancement within the organization.

Assist in implementing strategies to increase employee commitment and retention, ensuring valuable talent remains with the company.

*** Support Performance Appraisal and Management:

  • Provides training sessions for the Performance Appraisal Process and Evaluation Criteria, ensuring comprehensive understanding and consistent application for stakeholders.
  • Monitors the progress of the Performance Appraisal process, providing real-time insights and support for its effective execution.
  • Oversees the process for handling complaints regarding Performance Appraisals to ensure issues are resolved, promoting openness and fairness in evaluations.

*** Monitor and Deliver Local Training:

  • Tailors training content to be regionally effective, which includes designing engaging learning experiences and incorporating elements of game design in training.
  • Oversees Asia Leadership Foundation program training arrangement locally and take charge of facilitating for some content.
  • Conducts Professional or General Learning sessions, including Continuous Improvement Workshops, local language training delivery, or other training as required by the headquarters.
  • Researches best practices in training delivery to enhance learner's satisfaction.
  • Provides valuable post-training evaluation and suggestions for further improvement.
  • Assists with crafting and improving training tools and practices within the company to enhance shared knowledge and promote an educational atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in Learning & Development which focus on Successsion Planning / Organization Development / Performance Management
