This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and promoting employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders to meet hiring objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition practices specific to the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing and candidate assessment
• Expertise in Hiring and Interviewing practices to identify and secure top talent
• Experience in developing and managing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with healthcare industry requirements and talent needs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
