We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a deep focus on technology recruitment. In this role, you'll drive our talent acquisition strategy for tech roles and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Your expertise will help us build a robust tech workforce that propels our innovation and growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for technology rolesfrom proactive sourcing and candidate engagement (both active and passive candidates) to screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Robust Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent through innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networks, niche job boards, and employee referrals.
- Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, and senior management to define role requirements, design tailored recruitment strategies, and refine job descriptions to attract the best candidates.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and analytics to continuously improve processes, monitor pipeline activity, and report actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Employer Branding & Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at tech meetups, career fairs, industry events, and conferences, showcasing our innovative culture and career opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to proactively adjust recruitment strategies in alignment with market demands and company objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, combining in-house and agency expertise, with a strong focus on hiring top-tier tech talent. Experience in sourcing both active and passive candidates is essential.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality technical professionals. Familiarity with various tech domains, from software development and data science to IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems, Job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital sourcing methods.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategic recruitment decisions and process improvements.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage interactions with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Pay range and compensation package
- 13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
- Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
- Special occasion bonus: 2.500.000 VND/year
