Take ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding to ensure best candidate experiences and effective placement of talents;
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships;
Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top talent;
Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future needs;
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities;
Follow up newcomers to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment;
Implement employer branding initiatives;
Complete TA Dashboard and reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement;
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
What will you need
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, ... or relevant degree;
More than 5 years in Talent Acquisition related roles.
Experience in successful recruiting from Senior to Manager-level positions is a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates;
Experiences in Employer Branding activities is a plus;
