Responsibilities
- Lead mass recruitment for WinMart supermarket operations.
- Recruit key leadership positions, including Store Managers, Supervisors, Taskforce,...
- Develop and execute recruitment plans for New Store Openings (NSO).
- Track hiring performance, prepare recruitment reports, and provide workforce planning insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute Employer Branding initiatives and strengthen WinMart's employer value proposition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mass recruitment, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Experience hiring both frontline and management-level positions.
- Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
