In a Culture That Connects Us As a Whole

What truly defines us is not only our technology but also our people, guided by our seven core values of Courage, Creativity, Growth, Teamwork, Ownership, Trust, and Empathy. At FireGroup, work is more than a job; it is a legacy in the making. We move with speed to solve meaningful challenges, and every Firer is encouraged to dream boldly, lead with courage, and create impact that endures.

About the Role

At FireGroup, every great product starts with the people behind it. In this role, you will be the gateway to our culture and ambition: discovering, connecting with, and bringing in the builders who will shape our future. Beyond filling roles, you will act as a strategic talent advisor and an ambassador of FireGroup within the tech community, ensuring we remain a destination where top-tier talents come to grow, contribute, and make a global impact.

What You Will Do

1. Attract & Secure Top-Tier Talent

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies by translating business needs into effective talent acquisition plans, focusing on attracting top-tier talents across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Go beyond traditional sourcing by proactively mapping the talent market, building robust talent pools, and experimenting with creative approaches to engage passive, high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct deep and insightful candidate assessments, identifying not only the right technical expertise but also individuals who embody FireGroup's core values and are driven by the ambition to build world-class products.

2. Craft an Exceptional Candidate Journey

  • Design and deliver candidate experiences that go beyond standard interviews creating meaningful touchpoints that leave candidates feeling respected, inspired, and valued, regardless of the final outcome.
  • Lead the continuous optimization of the hiring process from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff ensuring every step is seamless, transparent, and reflects our culture.
  • Experiment with new approaches and collect feedback to keep our recruitment practices fresh, empathetic, and aligned with the evolving expectations of the tech talent market.

3. Partner & Advise for Team Success

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders. Go deep to understand their team dynamics, project roadmaps, and long-term goals to provide expert advice on talent acquisition.
  • Ensure alignment across hiring teams by sharing data-driven insights, market realities, and recruitment progress, enabling leaders to make accurate, timely, and unbiased hiring decisions.
  • Empower hiring managers and interviewers by sharing best practices, conducting interview training, and ensuring a standardized and effective evaluation process across business units.

4. Champion Employer Brand & Community Reach

  • Represent FireGroup as a compelling and authentic ambassador in the tech market. Clearly communicate our vision, culture, and the global impact of our products to inspire potential candidates.
  • Partner closely with the Internal Communication/Employer Branding team to execute impactful initiatives (e.g., tech meetups, university partnerships, company tours) that foster deep connections with the talent community.
  • Continuously expand your network and explore new channels to engage with tech ecosystems, ensuring FireGroup stands out as a trusted, innovative, and inspiring workplace for top talent.

What You Should Have

  • 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in the tech industry, product companies, or fast-growing startups.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring high level roles.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive top-tier candidates.
  • Consultative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills to advise and partner with hiring managers.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to authentically pitch FireGroup's vision, culture, and global impact.
  • Highly candidate-centric with a focus on delivering a seamless, respectful, and inspiring candidate experience.
  • Agile, data-driven, AI-adaptive and highly organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-have: A strong existing network within the tech community or experience in Employer Branding initiatives.

Core Competencies

Critical Thinking

Able to assess talent challenges with analytical rigor questioning assumptions, evaluating trade-offs, and proposing well-reasoned solutions rather than defaulting to conventional approaches.

Resilience

Thrives in ambiguity and high-pressure hiring environments. Maintains composure and persistence when facing candidate rejections, shifting priorities, or competing stakeholder demands.

What Sets You Apart

  • Your network is your superpower you have warm relationships with senior tech talent most recruiters can't even reach.
  • You read the market like a map you know which skills are getting scarce, which companies are shedding talent, and where the next wave is coming from.
  • You think in pipelines, not requisitions you're already building before the role opens.
  • You bring insight to conversations with the Head of People, not just status updates.

Rewarding Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary package with 13th-month pay and seniority bonus
  • Annual salary review recognizing outstanding contributions
  • Work-from-home policy for expecting mothers
  • 16 days of annual leave, plus 1 extra day for every 3 years of service
  • Premium healthcare package and yearly health check-up
  • Special occasion support including marriage, maternity, and birthday gifts
  • Daily complimentary coffee, tea, fresh juice, and a variety of snacks

If you are someone who thrives at the intersection of people strategy and business impact, we want to hear from you.
