Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timeline and quality.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide structured feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment data accuracy, documentation, and compliance.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and propose improvements.
- Optimize recruitment processes using data and technology.
- Support reporting, audits, and workforce planning.
- Handle special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/TA, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring (direct labor & contingent workforce).
- Proven sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment channel management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/ATS systems.
- Good understanding of labor law.
- Good English communication.
