Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Amaris growth, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our corporate functions. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and build long-term candidate pipelines to secure Amaris future success.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles, from briefing to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs, share market insights, and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines, using creative sourcing techniques and maintaining engagement with high-potential candidates.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters, fostering teamwork, skill development, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, supporting consultant redeployment and anticipating upcoming hiring demands.
  • Track recruitment metrics and KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met and continuous improvement is achieved.
  • Contribute to recruitment initiatives and projects, optimizing processes, tools, and employer branding strategies.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT recruitment, ideally within international and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proven ability to coach or manage recruiters.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and business-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
