We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech/Financial) to support the setup and growth of a fast-growing fintech company. This role will lead end-to-end hiring initiatives with a primary focus on Technology and Fintech-related positions, while also supporting key Corporate and Business functions when required.
You will play a key role in building scalable recruitment operations, developing strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market. Beyond hiring execution, this role is expected to contribute to employer branding initiatives, market intelligence, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes during the company's growth stage.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Tech/Fintech hiring who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a proactive, business-oriented, and hands-on approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology and Corporate/Back-office positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, communities, referrals, and networking channels.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and interview panels to maintain hiring quality and speed.
2. Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key hiring domains such as Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Finance, HR, and other support functions.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify talent trends, hiring movements, and salary insights.
- Develop long-term sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
3. Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and capability requirements.
- Support the refinement of job descriptions, hiring criteria, and interview processes to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Provide market insights and talent advisory to stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
4. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support the execution of employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, career platforms, university partnerships, and talent communities.
- Create and coordinate recruitment marketing content, hiring campaigns, and talent engagement activities.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, tech communities, and employer branding activities when needed.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen company visibility and employer positioning in the talent market.
5. Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain recruitment data accuracy and regularly track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and hiring progress.
- Utilize ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows, candidate communication, and hiring processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a combination of in-house and agency background.
- Strong experience in Technology recruitment, with exposure to positions such as Software Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, DevOps, QA/QC, Security, or related domains.
- Experience hiring for Corporate/Back-office functions is a strong advantage.
- Proven capability in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and digital sourcing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good business acumen and understanding of talent market dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable mindset.
