Senior Talent Acquisition Officer (6-month contract)

Job description

A. Recruitment & Reporting

  • Receive and analyze recruitment needs from departments and coordinate to develop recruitment plans in line with headcount budget.
  • Execute the full recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, assessing, proposing candidates, and following up till the end of probation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment channels: job sites, universities, HR partners, etc.
  • Track, consolidate, and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, effective sources, etc.).
  • Manage and develop the talent pool by regularly monitoring candidate data and updating the monthly headcount for all positions.
  • Prepare regular/ad-hoc recruitment reports and analyze HR data to support workforce planning.
  • Control manpower planning for recruitment activities and support headcount checks for transfers and promotions.

B. Training & Development

  • Conduct orientation training for new employees.
  • Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and develop annual training plan.
  • Support and implement internal training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and employee performance.
  • Coordinate in recognition programs, from planning to execution.

C. Other tasks

  • Willing to participate in all company activities in general and HR department activities in particular.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by HR Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in talent acquisition/recruitment and training
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,...) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • English at intermediate level, able to communicate effectively.
