Position: Senior Talent Acquisition (Mass Recruitment focus)
Working Location: Tri An – 311 Street 9, Long Binh, Dong Nai, Vietnam
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead mass hiring for Technicians, Blue-collar workers, and other factory positions (e.g., Operators, Warehouse staff, Quality Control, Maintenance, etc.)
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: job sites, social media, referrals, field sourcing, etc.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure speed, quality, and fit
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely hiring delivery
- Propose and execute employer branding / mass hiring campaigns / hiring events
- Track recruitment performance and provide improvement recommendations
- Handling recruitment administration such as interview coordination, documentation, reporting, and onboarding support
- Other tasks from Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 - 5 years of recruitment experience, strong in mass hiring (blue-collar)
- Proven experience hiring Technicians / Factory Workers
- Demonstrate strong resilience, partnership, and agility
- Sharp, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Strong sourcing, assessment, and pipeline management skills
- High ownership and ability to work independently
- Able to travel to/ work on-site at the factory; candidates living near Tri An, Dong Nai are preferred
